Veronique Charbonneau

Student Missionary for 2021-2022, serving the Otammari people of Benin.

I grew up in an Adventist home, however I truly became close to God when I was a teenager. When I was in High School, I struggled with self acceptance, anxiety and depression, the only way I got through this was with the help of my Savior Jesus Christ. After a few years of waiting, I got baptised in 2019 and felt that God was calling me to become a missionary.
The Lord is sending me to the Otammari project, in Benin and I will trust Him through this whole adventure!

Frontier Stories

Praying for the Rain

God was reminding me not to fear and that He was with me. So I stopped worrying, and I concentrated my attention on the praise I was offering to God. At the end of the song, I noticed that the rain had stopped while we were singing.
