I was born in St. Paul, Minnesota but raised in El Salvador. Later, I moved back to the U.S. and have been living in Houston for many years now. I graduated from Southwestern Adventist University with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education a few years ago, and worked for a year as a missionary English teacher in South Korea. I love teaching, and missions has become my passion ever since. After being back in Houston for a year, I felt God calling me again, which led me to apply to be a Short-Term Missionary with Adventist Frontier Missions. I am excited to see what God can do through me and my support team. Any donations are welcome, as well as all of your prayers for this project.

Back to Basics
As I teach this year, I want to follow Jesus’ teaching methods of love and personal relationships; these are the basics of true education.

Lesson Learned
Many things have happened in the six months living in Mondulkiri, but the most beautiful memory I have so far, happened on a Sunday afternoon.
