What an exciting time to see not only what the Lord has done in our recent past but also how He’s moving right now as we look forward to training and launching.
It’s been a busy season of paperwork and moving household effects for shipment. The Lord has opened the way for us. We have received our R1 visas (for nonimmigrant religious workers). We are grateful.

While we were still in Denmark during the month of June and searching for a moving company, the Lord pointed our search to a company with only two days available during a summer holiday when most offices are closed, and people are traveling.

The first miracle happened when, in our concern about what to do with our furniture, He sent us someone willing to buy all the items we had decided to part with while allowing us to carry a few precious things gathered through our journeys. We found this to be totally amazing in a culture where garage sales are now online.

Secondly, while waiting for the Danish Immigration Authority to approve our re-entry, we received an email from the moving company asking if they could come the next day and start packing the boxes being shipped to Greenland. Though we felt a bit unready at the time, we now look back at how timely the whole process has been.

Thirdly, the authorization from Danish Immigration has been approved.

Lastly, our tickets were purchased on the very day we received the Danish authorization.

Praise be to the Lord for all His wondrous works. He knows this journey He has invited us into, and we see His continuing leadership.

We see how the Lord has moved us from our house, selling our furniture and enabling us to ship only that which will be useful in Greenland.

We see how, through this summer season, He had prepared just the right company to work with us. If we had focused on feeling unready for the move, this company would have only been available again after two to three weeks.

We see how He has taken us out of our house and released us from our work in Denmark.

We see how He moves on land and sea, and the tickets are ready for our arrival in Michigan.

We see how when we feel unready, we should always go, not by feeling but by faith.
