My name is Mariama. I am of the Muslim faith. Jesus saved my daughter from the net of sorcerers through his servant, Pastor Joe.

In February 2022, my daughter became seriously ill. The hospital could not diagnose the illness, pushing us to see the witch doctors to learn what was causing her suffering. After a consultation, the witch doctors revealed that my daughter was attacked by a satanic power. For the witch doctor’s protection and healing, he asked us to make a sacrifice. He then gave us charms and amulets to protect my house and my daughter.

Back in Fria, the situation seemed to be working until the same illnesses restarted. This led us to see another witch doctor. She told us that the mystical forces behind my daughter’s illness were more powerful than her powers. Therefore, we must look for the solution elsewhere. Otherwise, my daughter could die. I panicked and did not know where to turn.

One day, I was explaining my problem to a relative in his courtyard when someone told me there was a pastor who could help me through prayer. Immediately, I asked for the pastor’s contact information.

That day, at 7:00 p.m., I took my daughter to Pastor Joe’s house. Upon arrival, I explained everything we were going through, how often, and how we needed a solution. Pastor Joe told me that only Jesus had the power to heal my daughter and that if I believed in Jesus, I would see His hand at work. I answered, “Yes, I believe in Jesus.”
Pastor Joe prayed and asked us to come to his house every evening for a month.

During this month, I learned Christian hymns in Susu. He taught us how to pray in the name of Jesus. He anointed my daughter, and he came to our house to pray and anoint it.

I thank God because I understand that there is no power that can match that of Christ, and no one can save except Jesus.

Today, my daughter is in good health, and I continue to pray in the name of Jesus.
