For many years I have been blessed and inspired by Joseph and Elizabeth Inara’s* mission reports in the Adentist Frontiers magazine.  After their “Farewell” article in the December 2017 issue, I spent several hours one Sabbath going through back issues of Adventist Frontiers, re-reading their reports and stories. Knowing that I would soon be a part of similar stories, gave new relevance to the words on each page.
Then, the weekend before Christmas, I was blessed to spend four days with the Inara family in their home country.  The days passed far too quickly.  There were simply not enough hours to glean all the wisdom and knowledge I wished to absorb from their 11+ years in Southeast Asia. What a delight to get to know their three children, Hannah, Hadassah, and Samuel!  And, although time was short, we were able to fit in visits with a few of the Inara’s dedicated support team members.  What an encouragement to hear stories of God’s work in people’s lives, both at home and abroad.  Surely the Lord is coming soon!
