“Let them give glory unto the LORD, and declare His praise in the islands.” “How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news, who publishes peace, who brings good news of happiness, who publishes salvation, who says to Zion, ‘Your God reigns!’” Isaiah 42:12, 52:7. Isaiah must have been thrilled with joy as his mind caught a glimpse of God’s love progressing into triumph throughout the earth. As I prepare for a year of mission work overseas, I find in this verse my aim for life.
