We are the Raileanu family and are originally from Romania.

We, Daniel and Alina, got married in 2015, and we have three boys (Noah, Amos and Filip). Two of them were born in Malawi.

I, Daniel, finished school as a builder and carpenter. Alina finished the College of Social Assistance and also has a master’s degree in school counseling. Later, we both studied nursing together to be as efficient as possible in the mission.

Before marriage, I was involved in several missionary projects, starting in 2007. These projects were in Guyana, Vanuatu, Namibia and Peru. After we got married, we went together to different missionary projects in Namibia and Ethiopia. Since 2020, we have been serving together in Malawi.

Because we desire to continue and serve as missionaries where God calls us, we will soon serve as AFM missionaries on the island of Palawan in the Philippines. We are grateful to God for this beautiful missionary call, and we want to be of help in spreading the good news that our good Lord will return soon.
