Help Wanted—Web Programmer

We need a talented web programmer who is willing to make our mission their own. We have completed a set of 140 beautiful contextual lessons, and we need to put them on the web in an online school format. If you are a talented programmer with time to devote to creating an integrated database and web front end, please write me. Here are some of the details about the site we envision:

We need to be able to track students’ progress as they complete online lessons. We need the ability to dialogue with students, answer questions and keep a log of answers so we can use the same answers easily for future students with similar inquiries. We need to be able to add notation to student portfolios about our interactions with them.

We need a professional-looking home page with a university feel. Registered students will be given expanding access to new materials and subjects as they successfully complete courses. Each course has about 20 lessons with quizzes made up of multiple-choice and open-ended questions. All student responses need to be recorded in a database and be viewable together with their history including their email and chat communication with their instructor. The system should send idle students prompting emails automatically.

We would like a simple way to update and rearrange the home page content. From an administration page, we need to be able to quickly see what student activity has been taking place. Also, we need to be able to easily send out messages to students at different course levels, to all students, or to inactive students. Students should be easily sortable by data in their portfolio, for example city and aptitude based on quiz results. The administrative page will need to be accessed either in Turkish or English.

Also accessible to students will be a PDF and video library of supplemental materials. Most of all, we need security for the online school and different levels of permission for access to student information. Turkey’s hackers are some of the most diligent in the world and love to bring down Christian sites.

Well, that’s the project in a nutshell. Are you the one for the job? Please write me if you think you are up for the task. We have 75 million Turks waiting for your talent! Email barnabashopefamily@gmail.com.
