My Beloved Disciple,
Grace, mercy and peace to you.1 You are my beloved child in whom I am well pleased.2 I have loved you with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn you.3 As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love.4
The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth . . .
He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.5 So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.6 Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. 7
Call unto me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.8 I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete.9 If you keep my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commands and remain in His love. You are my friends if you do what I command. 10
Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.11 All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me.12 Do not fear, little flock, for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.13
