Adventist Frontier Missions seeks a Development Strategy and Operations Specialist. This position is ideal for an organized, analytical, and self-motivated professional who values stewardship, confidentiality, attention to detail, and meaningful relationships with donors and stakeholders. Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills are essential.

This is a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Fundraising Initiatives
• Manage Development Systems
• Coordinate Donor Communications
• Assist with planned giving, major gifts, events, and training

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with CRM systems or fundraising operations preferred
• Passion for ministry and donor engagement
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
• Team player who supports AFM’s mission and values
• Must be a U.S. resident.
