Dale is a pioneer missionary, author and developer of AFM’s approach to cross-cultural understanding and integration. From his many years of mission work with his wife Lety and their four children among the highland Kamea people of Papua New Guinea, Dale brings a unique vision to his role as Training Instructor/Church-planting Consultant for AFM. In the field, Dale learned the importance of worldview transformation in building up strong cross-cultural church-planting movements, and the necessity of inviting new believers into a complete Christian culture that answers their questions and fulfills the deepest needs of their hearts.
