My Navigator

Here I am, Lord. I have heard Your call, but I’m not sure how I’m going to navigate the chaotic waters that stretch between where I am today and where I sense that You would like me to be a year from now, or even a couple months from now!

Each day I wake to commitments and responsibilities that seem to defy my age and energy and even more so my time. But somehow God supplies, and I’m so grateful. I claim the promise “And my God will supply every need of yours according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.” (Phil. 4:19 NIV).

Fundraising while dismantling our home and a busy life and ministry of 20 years demands emotional as well as physical strength that is stretching me way beyond my known abilities. But God keeps amazing me day after day. It’s all happening, and I’m so grateful that He is the navigator.

Always in the past when we faced seemingly impossible situations in our ministry to individuals, couples and families, my immediate response was, “Ah, Sovereign Lord, You have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and outstretched arm. Nothing is too hard for you” (Jer. 32:17). So I smile at the storm ahead and thank God for His abundant supply of resources that await my request. I carry on because He is in control!

Praying with you!  He’s carrying you, one step at a time.  I know you are being a blessing to everybody around you as you navigate this intensity.  God will show Himself strong to you and through you for the sake of all who need to see that.
