Need:

Our restaurant aims to cater to three key needs. First, it seeks to broaden our church’s influence in our city by creating a Center of Influence, a welcoming environment that draws community members in, promotes health, and encourages spiritual healing. By creating a space for locals to engage with our belief system, we aspire to foster a community of disciples who will further spread our faith within their neighborhoods and spheres of influence.

Second, the project will provide meaningful employment opportunities for our growing SDA church members. As most available jobs require Saturday commitments, a contradiction to our faith, there’s a need for a Sabbath-friendly workplace. The restaurant will offer an encouraging and safe working environment, in contrast to the bullying and persecution often found in other companies towards Christian employees.

Lastly, the project will serve as a platform to secure long-term visas for career and student workers, enhancing our ability to contribute to the local community and our mission.
