We, the Aydins, need a residential visa to remain in the country. These stipulate that the applicant needs to own a home with a market value of USD 200,000 or more and that the house be occupied by and registered with the resident permit holders. We determined the above through research and by confirming with the Presidency of Migration Management office. We have chosen a property with our project’s goals in mind, not only one that will satisfy the requirements to remain but also in an area that ministers to our family needs and immediate community members.
