Ricardo Palacios

Dr. Esteban Ricardo Palacios has served God in ministry for the past 23 years in various capacities, including: district pastor and department leader in the Southern Ecuadorian Mission and the Ecuadorian Union, president of the Northern Ecuadorian Union, pastor and church planter for the Texas Conference, and as church planting team leader among Buddhists of Northeastern Thailand. He is currently serving as the Ministry Initiatives Director and Africa Field Director for Adventist Frontier Missions. His educational background includes a Doctor of Ministry in Church Growth and Evangelism and an M.Div from Andrews University, preceded by a B.A. in Religion from Weimar College. Dr. Palacios is blessed to share God’s calling to missions with his wife, Alicia, and their two teenaged sons, Gabriel and Daniel. He considers himself privileged to be part of the church to which God has entrusted the mission of “preparing a people to meet their God.”
