The AFM Center for Training and Conferences
For many years, AFM was in desperate need of a training center. We had specialized trainers, but no adequate facilities. We had missionaries eager to reach the unreached, but no place to house them during training and furloughs. So we prayed that God would provide for us. We asked Him for a miracle.
God’s answer came in two parts. In 2003, AFM received a large bequest. Sensing God’s leading, we set aside these funds for the purchase of a property. Then, in 2009, God led us to 22 beautiful, wooded acres along Lake Chapin near Berrien Springs that featured a newly renovated 10,000-square-foot meeting hall. It was offered to us at a deep discount. God had worked a miracle!

Our Facilities
Morgan Hall
Morgan Hall features a main meeting area with a seating capacity of 330. Ammenities include controlled lighting, fireplace, wifi internet, commerical kitchen, AV system with projectors, three upper meeting rooms, library, upper classroom with kitchenette, and tables and chairs.
10/40 Villa
Each 10/40 Villa condo features three bedrooms, two baths, living room, dining room, kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, cooking utensils, table settings and silverware, screened porch, and washer/dryer.
Mission Inn
Enjoy a comfortable commons situated between two wings of dormitory rooms. Mission Inn features 12 rooms, configured with twin beds and a private bath, a shared kitchen and laundry facilities.
Outdoor Activities
Enjoy a beautiful outdoor setting on Lake Chapin with beach access where you can canoe or swim. Gather around a campfire, eat a picnic lunch, stroll through a garden, take a nature walk or play volleyball and other outdoor activities.

AFM is a non-profit corporation exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The AFM Center will only be leased or otherwise made available to another exempt charitable institution, charitable trust, non-profit educational institution, and then only if the leasing and exempt charitable entity will use the AFM Center solely for the purpose for which the non-profit charitable entity is exempt.
