Policies: The AFM Training Center is a Christian facility designed to make your stay pleasant. Please read the Policies and Guidelines to ensure compliance.

Contract: I have read the Policies and Guidelines for the AFM Center usage and agree to abide by all the conditions outlined therein. If damage to the facility occurs in connection with this function that exceeds the amount of the security deposit I agree to be responsible for the cost of damages or replacement, whichever is stipulated by Adventist Frontier Missions. If heavy cleaning is required for which AFM has to pay extra custodial fees, I agree to be responsible for these additional charges. By submitting this form, I agree to abide by all conditions.

AFM is a non-profit corporation exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The AFM Center will only be leased or otherwise made available to another exempt charitable institution, charitable trust, non-profit educational institution, and then only if the leasing and exempt charitable entity will use the AFM Center solely for the purpose for which the non-profit charitable entity is exempt.
